Challenge & Opportunity

Organisation needed to adopt Enterprise AI tools quickly across global teams while maintaining data security and responsible AI principles. How do you drive high adoption to increase team's productive capacity while maintaining output quality?

Scope & Decisions

Baseline AI Awareness

Designed and delivered requirements assessment + use-case surfacing workshop for APAC team. Within week 1, ~80% of employees tried Gemini and began proactively seeking guidance, accelerating curiosity and adoption across organisation.

Information & Workshop Sharing Sessions

Implemented centralised Slack channel. Established 6 weekly sharing session for different teams (business, creative, finance) to surface use cases and build proactive guidance culture. Workshop format combined hands-on exercises with real workflow scenarios.

Risk Mitigation Framework

Established guidelines for safe AI usage in live event activations. Worked with developer lead to design pre-generation and local database architecture, ensuring content safety while maintaining interactivity of experience. Framework was templated for future activations.

Impact & Results

Achieved ~80% APAC employee adoption of Enterprise Gemini through structured workshop approach. Workshop sessions reduced repeat Q&A and established responsible AI principles, with awareness of associated risks and opportunities.
