Managing a multi-million dollar account remotely meant missing critical relationship-building opportunities. How do you deepen stakeholder relationships across international teams and turn an account into a collaborative partnership where pricing aligns with value delivery?

Scope & Decisions

Data-Driven Portfolio Optimisation

Examined 3 years of project-volume data combined with qualitative client feedback. Identified patterns in high-value engagements and client satisfaction drivers. Analysis revealed opportunity for tiered engagement model based on project complexity and timeline.

Tiered Engagement Model

Worked with finance and production leads to propose new tiered structure based on project complexity, timeline, and value. Aligned pricing with client expectations and internal capacity planning. Provided transparency in scope-to-budget relationships, improving scoping accuracy and client confidence.

Strategic Relationship-Building

Organised trip to Shanghai to strengthen in-person relationships with stakeholders. Held retrospectives and strategic planning sessions to align on future roadmap.
