Roadmap Prioritisation Framework
Created weighted scoring matrix for feature prioritization across competing stakeholder needs. Aligned business use cases with UX, technical feasibility, timeline and logistical constraints with partners.
Governance Structure for Scale
Established internal governance framework to organise updates across 3D development, conversational AI, data analytics, UX/UI, QA, infrastructure, compliance, operations, and more. Clear RACI matrix and scope documentation for concurrent teams.
Cross-Site Communication Protocol
Structured internal communication cadence with weekly cross-workstream sync, bi-monthly retrospectives, and on-site Dubai demos every 6-8 weeks, across Singapore, Australia, UK, and Dubai teams.
